Backpack Bed for Homeless airs a Community Service Announcement (CSA) on selected Australian TV stations, including SBS and some regional broadcasters.

These announcements:

  • Are aired at no cost to the charity

  • Use unsold or spare advertising spots

  • Are scheduled at the discretion of the TV station

  • Are not paid placements

The CSA was produced pro bono by a Melbourne production company.

The charity does not use donated funds to pay for television advertising.

TV stations independently decide when and how often to air the announcement, and the charity does not control scheduling.
